Discuss setup only ↗︎No VAT is added to our service prices. Managed TradeFlow and the combined package include up to £15/month towards the agreed booking licence, including any supplier VAT. Your quote confirms the provider, full licence price, booking limits and any extra cost before you commit. Domain registration, business email, payment processing, paid SMS/WhatsApp and optional integrations are separate. Monthly TradeFlow charges start after checks and activation.

What software do I need for setup only?
You need your own account with the booking provider we agree, plus an email address and a phone or computer with internet access. You manage bookings through that provider’s website or app and pay any subscription directly. A separate website, server or database is not needed for a hosted booking link.
We confirm the provider, plan, branding and limits before work starts. Invoicing, certificates and annual reminders are separate requirements, not automatically included in booking setup.
What does the setup fee pay for?
The fact-find, agreed configuration or website build, review, checks and handover. It is a defined project, not a fee just to open an account. A written scope and payment schedule come first.
What does monthly support cover?
Website: up to 20 minutes of small text, image or price changes. Managed TradeFlow: up to 30 minutes of routine configuration help. Combined: 60 minutes total, plus a monthly website-to-booking journey check. The quarterly review uses that month’s 60-minute allowance. Setup-only has no recurring support allowance. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. New functionality, extra pages and integrations are quoted separately. Faults in work supplied by Business Made Manageable are handled separately from the content-change allowance.
How quickly can you help?
This is a small, personally managed service. Support is by email during UK weekday business hours, with a target initial response within two working days. This is not an emergency or 24-hour support service. A launch date is agreed after the required content and scope are ready.
What does the software allowance cover?
Managed TradeFlow and the combined package cover the actual agreed booking-licence cost up to £15/month, including supplier VAT. It is an allowance, not a cash credit: unused amounts are not refunded or carried forward. If your requirements need a more expensive plan, the difference is shown in your quote. Provider choice, billing and access are agreed before purchase; there is no automatic upgrade. Setup-only customers pay the full software subscription themselves.
Why choose the combined package?
At standard prices, the separate website and managed booking services total £798 setup and £88/month. Combined is £699 setup and £99/month: you save £99 upfront and receive an extra 10 minutes of monthly help, a monthly check from website to booking, and a quarterly review within your support allowance.
Do I need to buy a website to use TradeFlow?
No. TradeFlow provides a booking route for an existing website, social profile or WhatsApp message. Whether an embedded form is suitable depends on the website and booking provider.
What do I own?
The proposed arrangement is that you own your domain and supplied business content, and can export your customer records. Business Made Manageable retains its reusable templates, components and software. Rights to the finished site, any transfer fee and third-party restrictions will be set out in your agreement before payment.
What happens if I cancel?
The proposed service is monthly after setup, with 30 days’ written notice. Setup work already delivered is not a refundable subscription. Managed hosting ends when the paid service ends. Domain access, data export and any optional site handover are agreed at the outset. Supplier subscriptions may have their own terms.
Are invoices, payments and annual reminders included?
These are optional additions to the starter booking service, priced and tested separately. The demonstration does not send messages, collect payments, issue invoices or certificates, or schedule annual reminders.
What if I need to quote before booking?
TradeFlow can be configured around an enquiry-first process. You review the request, agree the quote and then arrange the job. The prices above cover starter booking setup, not a full quoting system. Quote preparation, customer acceptance, follow-ups and integrations are scoped and priced separately, then tested before activation. The examples do not send quotes.
Do you only work with the four businesses in the examples?
No. The examples illustrate possible styles and booking journeys. We welcome other trades, professional services, shops, hospitality businesses and local organisations. We agree what your website needs to do; online shops and complex systems need a separate scope.
Can you help with other admin?
Yes, as a separately scoped project once the immediate website or booking need is understood. There is no unlimited automation or general admin service included in these packages.
